A score years ago, I came to Guangdong from Beijing, where I got acquainted with customers and friends from domestic and foreign enterprises and became solid business partners in mutually-beneficial cooperation, where I also gathered a like-minded employees, whom I especially cherished. In contact with famous domestic and foreign manufacturers, I learnt many management experiences, and enriched Beiyin’s “head”.

It was my great honor that I, together with the like-minded employees, was able to deduce a hard undertaking into a creative work, and to turn ordinary work into great achievement.

It still has a long way to go. Individual value doesn’t depend on possessing wealth, but on creating more valuable social resource. In future, I, together with my colleagues, am committed to creating Beiyin into an innovative, delicate, professional, century-old enterprise. To strengthen Beiyin to reward for family members, for the employees, and for the society, and to realize self-value.
